Our nordic ski department offers you a wide assortment of cross country gear, with options for everyone from the casual recreational skier to the performance nordic racer - Hoigaard's is renowned as the Twin Cities High School Team racing headquarters. 

Our staff members are all nordic skiers with years of on-snow experience and are well trained to handle the needs of all skiers, whatever skill level. We can provide you with a good fit in the right gear.

We carry the top names in cross country ski equipment, clothing, waxes and x-c accessories. We have a full service shop ready to mount, wax, tune or repair your x-c gear. We also rent x-c equipment for the day, weekend or week. Click on Rental X-C Skis.

For Nordic Racers:
Our shop crew can provide the best nordic grinds in town using the Wintersteiger Mercury stonegrinder. We offer universal grinds for a wide range of snow conditions as well as specialty grinds for extremes like very cold, dry man-made or warm, wet slush. High School skiers should consider our "Fast Times" grind for most temps on man-made snow! Check out our options.
